Lizapipe Company is one of the reliable domestic producers that specializes in the production of various types of polymer pipes. This group has been able to produce a wide range of products in accordance with national and international standards by using the world's technical knowledge, high-quality raw materials and modern machinery. One of the most important products of Lizapipe Company is a variety of polyethylene and Carrogate pipes, which are used for applications such as fluid transmission. Various (agricultural irrigation, urban and industrial sewage), cable and optical fiber coating, drainage, etc. are used.
These pipes are classified based on their outer diameter, each of which has a specific range. In the following, we will introduce some of the most common sizes of polyethylene and carogate pipes produced by Lizapipe:
1) High -pressure polyethylene pipes:
These types of pipes are usually used in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries and have high resistance to high pressures. High pressure polyethylene pipes are produced in the range of external diameter from 16 to 1200 mm.
2) Polyethylene pipes:
These types of pipes are mostly used in pressurized irrigation systems and urban and rural water supply networks. Polyethylene pipes for water supply are produced in the range of external diameter from 20 to 2000 mm.
3) Cargit pipes:
These types of pipes are mainly used in projects such as sewage disposal and collection, drainage and canalization. Carogate pipes are produced in spiral and single-walled models, which are available in the range of external diameters from 110 to 2400 mm.
4) Spiral Carogite Pipes:
These types of pipes are composed of several layers, which increases their resistance to impact and mechanical damage.
Polyethylene and Carrogate pipes each have their own characteristics and uses. Below is a brief description of the uses of each size of these pipes:
Polyethylene pipes:
1. Small sizes (20 to 63 mm):
Application: drinking water transfer, drip irrigation, pressurized irrigation systems.
- Feature: high flexibility and easy installation.
2. Medium sizes (75 to 160 mm):
- Application: water distribution networks, domestic sewage, irrigation systems.
- Features: resistance to pressure and corrosion.
3. Large sizes (200 mm and above):
- Application: transfer of industrial wastewater, large water supply networks.
- Features: high transfer capacity and durability in harsh conditions.
Cargit pipes:
1. Small sizes (200 to 400 mm):
- Application: urban sewage collection, land drainage.
- Features: light weight and easy installation.
2. Medium sizes (450 to 800 mm):
- Application: urban and industrial sewage systems, road drainage.
- Feature: high resistance to loading.
3. Large sizes (above 800 mm):
- Application: large construction projects such as tunnels and canals.
- Features: high capacity for passing fluids and resistance to soil pressure.
In general, choosing the right size depends on the type of application, desired fluid volume and environmental conditions.
